 We accept Money Orders and PayPal.

Credits Cards accepted through Paypal only!



I do my best to keep all items (fragrance oils, dyes, etc) in stock at all times, but there may be an occasional time I'll have to order something, and shipping times could be delayed, especially on a large order. Prices and scent availability subject to change without notice.

Damages & Shortages:

All damage and shortages must be reported to Primitive Kountry within 3 days of receiving order.  All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our premises in good condition. Damage claims must be filed by Primitive Kountry so that we may put in the claim to UPS/USPS. Please retain cartons and all packaging for their inspection, (if needed). If no inspection is needed we will email you to dispose of packing.

Refunds

Primitive Kountry will offer refunds ONLY is item(s) are broken.

We DO NOT make refunds for item(s) that you can't smell. Believe it or not, someone has tried this. Unless you order unscented, you will receive a highly scented candle!
